The Apostle Paul had a very important lesson to pass across. This was a principle that Paul used throughout his lifetime. We need to learn to do so too.

Don't live in the glories and the failures of the past. Learn the lessons and move on. There is a lot ahead yet to be achieved.
Beloved, we need to grow in capacity before greater things can be handed over to us. Spiritual growth is key in our walk with God.

The Work of God is to Just Believe

There is nothing else that Christ asks us to do but to believe. Salvation comes by believing on Him, the Son of God. It is all about believing.

'What shall we do, that we may work the works of God?' Jesus answered and said to them, 'This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.'
John 6:28–29

They wanted to know what to do to do God's work and Christ answered that God's work is to believe in Christ. It is that simple.

Just study the Scriptures and you'll catch more revelation of Christ. Once you believe, that's all. That's the foundation of everything. Only believe.

God keeps His Covenant

Joy and Comfort in Dark Times

The prophet found it good to rejoice in the Lord despite the issues around him. He knew the God he served that He would come through for him in these dark times. It takes a revelation of faith to rejoice in your dark seasons, knowing that God is working it out for your good.

Show love to your brethren

Beloved, we are meant to let the love of God in our hearts flow across to everyone around. Especially, in a gathering of believers, there should be love extravaganza.

Let us love one another, for love comes from God

Therefore, show genuine love towards one another. Care for the welfare of your brothers and sisters around you.

Christ understands our weaknesses

Beloved, it would be wrong to hide from God thinking He doesn't see us or understand us completely. He knows you more than you think you know yourself.

For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
Hebrews 4:15

Therefore, come to God open. Talk to Him about your weaknesses and He will surely understand because Christ felt it all as human too. He is our High Priest and He knows exactly what we are going through because He felt it all while on earth as well.

Open up to Him and see God strengthening you and overcoming your weaknesses by His Grace and not your own power. ...

The Riches of His Grace

Beloved, God's Grace is unlimited. You can never ever run out of it. You are greatly blessed on all sides.

Put a limit to your worries

The Scriptures admonishes that we don't waste any precious time and thought worrying over anything. As much as we try not to worry, we would always face certain things to think about.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
Matthew 6:34

Jesus gave us an instruction not to worry about tomorrow. His Grace is more than sufficient to take care of tomorrow and all that may come with it. Just focus on the now and He will see you through.

Rather than worry, just put those cares in Him. Tell it to God in prayers. Don't be anxious for anything. Just tell it to God. Put a huge limit on your worries.

God is full of Grace, Mercy and Truth

The God we serve is a very loving Father. He loves us so much. His nature is beyond love, for He is Love Himself.

But You, O Lord, are a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering and abundant in mercy and truth.
Psalm 86:15

He is also full of compassion and grace. He would forgive anyone who comes to Him. He never withholds mercy. He is full of truth.

God is Grace personified in Christ Jesus. Study the Scriptures, commune with the Holy Spirit and build a relationship with the Father, then you'll understand His true nature as He reveals Himself to you.

He works all things out for your good

Beloved, no matter what you are going through, no matter how hard it might seem, God can turn things around for your good.

And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

There's hope for you in Christ

Grace in Communal Worship

Once you are committed to a gathering of Christians, you look after each other. You genuinely care for one another. That love and care offers so much to be gained from.

Beloved, there is grace in communal worship. Therefore, stay together and enjoy this grace.

God keeps you specially

The Psalmist made this statement in the understanding of the value he knows God has placed on him. Study the Scriptures and you'll realize how valuable you are.

Therefore, be confident in God's protection and care for you, because He keeps you as the apple of His eye.

Pour out your heart to God

God is the closest Person to you, not your spouse, not your siblings or parents or friends. Feel free to pour your heart to God.

Do not hesitate to tell God whatever is bothering you. He knows you much more than you think you know yourself. Therefore, all things are open to Him. So, pour your mind to Him.

Tell it all to your Creator. He cares and wants to hear from you. Before you ask, He knows and while you're speaking He has answered. Talk with your heavenly Father.

Pray with direction by the Holy Spirit

Beloved, there is very little you can do when it comes to praying in understanding. That is why the Holy Spirit is there for us.

Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Romans 8:27

So, when you pray in the Spirit, your spirit communes with the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit makes direct intercession for us according to God's Will.

So, if you are not sure what God's will is, just pray in the Spirit and it will be revealed to you. The surest prayers are the prayers in accordance to God's Will, plan and purpose. Therefore, pray in the Spirit always. ...
