God views things from eternity but we are limited by time and so we view things from now. His ways are always higher than ours.

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
(Isaiah 55:9, NIV)

We have the mind of Christ and we can know the mind of God. However, our human minds can limit us because we can't see the larger picture like God sees.

Therefore, when certain things happen and we don't understand it neither can we make sense of it, it is time to trust God in His infinite wisdom that He knows the best in the whole concept of time. ...

Worrying does no good

General article by T-Ralph

There is nothing productive that can be obtained from worrying. It robs you both of your joy and your clear focus to move on.

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
Matthew 6:27

This rhetorical question by Jesus makes us to understand that worry itself brings no rewards. So why worry? Please don't. Rather give thanks to God who is able to take care of your needs because He loves you so much.

Focus on His love and care for you and watch things work out for your good. ...

Your focus should be on God, not men

General article by T-Ralph

In this world, it is easy to get carried away with the praises of men. Accolades precede men and they relish in their pride. Others might seem to try to please men so as to gain favour with them.
But the Scriptures says:

Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
(Galatians 1:10, NIV)

If you try to please men, you will end up in frustrations because it is practically impossible to do that in human strength.

So, why not change your focus to God and do as He pleases because in the end, the number of men you have pleased won't matter, but, the One who has created you to ...

General article by T-Ralph

Beloved, your faith is beyond what you think and believe in your heart, but also, what follows in your actions.

When will you ever learn that ‘believing’ is useless without doing what God wants you to? Faith that does not result in good deeds is not real faith
(James 2:20 TLB)

All your believing might be useless if you don't act in faith. So, once God gives you an instruction, don't just sit down and say you believe, also act and take steps in the direction of your faith.

Make your faith fruitful by taking steps and actions in line with what you have believed. ...

The Path to True Peace

General article by T-Ralph

Christ is the Prince of Peace. He's the only One who can give any man peace.

Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, 'Peace be with you.' When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side...
John 20:19–20

Jesus did something very significant. Showing his hands and side that were pierced was to signify the path to peace. Once you look to the Cross of Calvary, accept Him as your Lord and Saviour, you're on the path of peace.

As you walk with God, you need to keep your focus on Him and not yourself. If not, you become troubled by the storms around you and lose focus.

Looking to Him alone is the path to true peace that passes all human understanding. ...

God has given everyone his/her own gifts in life. We are all unique in our different ways, and it all plays a role in the bigger picture.

Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith.
(Romans 12:6, NASB)
