..His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
Psalm 91:4, NLT

The Scriptures says God's promises are your armor. So, meditate and declare the promises in His Word over your life and family and all you do. Declare that His angels are watching over you. Declare that you are hidden in Christ and as such, nothing evil can come near your home and family. Declare that all your needs are provided for based on His riches in glory.. Keep declaring His promises. They are your armor and protection for challenging times.

Beloved, take refuge and comfort in His promises.

Be confident in Him alone

General article by T-Ralph

Beloved, let the root of your confidence be deeply seated and rooted in Christ alone. Don't find confidence in yourself or anyone or anything else.

But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.
(Jeremiah 17:7, NIV)

The Scriptures declared such an individual as blessed. This is because anything and anyone else can disappoint and fail, but, God never fails. He is always true to His Word. It might seem like a delay but He is always on time.

Therefore, don't put confidence in anyone or anything else, but, in God.

(Philippians 2:1-2 The Message)

The best company of friends you can find anywhere is still amongst fellow believers in the kingdom of God. Therefore, hold your Christian friends dearly. Agree with one another and be deeply rooted in love.

Just like Apostle Paul did, we should do likewise. He was never complacent. He moved on and forged ahead.

Develop the habit of praise

General article by T-Ralph

God deserves our praises and worship. Actually, He deserves great praises.

Seven times a day I praise You, because of Your righteous judgments.
Psalm 119:164

The Psalmist learned to praise God. It became a core habit deeply inherent in his nature. When you practice praise, it won't stick all at once. But, with consistent practice, you will develop the habit.

Praising God sets you on a new pedestal, you see God in a renewed light, the One who is more than able. ...

Hello Kingdom Giants!

Today, I wish to discuss an insight I got.

The book of Psalms 102:13 says "You [God] will arise and have compassion on Zion for the time to favour her has come."

1] The time for favour is NOT a calendar date, it is the product of a person's engagement of the supernatural through intercession.

2] You don't wait for the time when favour will come; you make it your time for favour.

How Do You Do That?

1] You do that by taking pleasure in the advancement of the Kingdom of God via kingdom service & intercessory prayers for lost souls.

2] By engaging the supernatural over your situation through prayers, word and faith.

Note that intercession is what ...

His Ways are Higher

General article by T-Ralph

God views things from eternity but we are limited by time and so we view things from now. His ways are always higher than ours.

As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
(Isaiah 55:9, NIV)

We have the mind of Christ and we can know the mind of God. However, our human minds can limit us because we can't see the larger picture like God sees.

Therefore, when certain things happen and we don't understand it neither can we make sense of it, it is time to trust God in His infinite wisdom that He knows the best in the whole concept of time. ...

Believe and Act in Faith

General article by T-Ralph

Beloved, take actions in the direction of your faith. Once you hold unto a believe, move in that direction.

Worrying does no good

General article by T-Ralph

There is nothing productive that can be obtained from worrying. It robs you both of your joy and your clear focus to move on.

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
Matthew 6:27

This rhetorical question by Jesus makes us to understand that worry itself brings no rewards. So why worry? Please don't. Rather give thanks to God who is able to take care of your needs because He loves you so much.

Focus on His love and care for you and watch things work out for your good. ...

Your focus should be on God, not men

General article by T-Ralph

In this world, it is easy to get carried away with the praises of men. Accolades precede men and they relish in their pride. Others might seem to try to please men so as to gain favour with them.
But the Scriptures says:

Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
(Galatians 1:10, NIV)

If you try to please men, you will end up in frustrations because it is practically impossible to do that in human strength.

So, why not change your focus to God and do as He pleases because in the end, the number of men you have pleased won't matter, but, the One who has created you to ...

Take Steps and Act in Faith

General article by T-Ralph

Beloved, your faith is beyond what you think and believe in your heart, but also, what follows in your actions.

When will you ever learn that ‘believing’ is useless without doing what God wants you to? Faith that does not result in good deeds is not real faith
(James 2:20 TLB)

All your believing might be useless if you don't act in faith. So, once God gives you an instruction, don't just sit down and say you believe, also act and take steps in the direction of your faith.

Make your faith fruitful by taking steps and actions in line with what you have believed. ...

The Path to True Peace

General article by T-Ralph

Christ is the Prince of Peace. He's the only One who can give any man peace.

Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, 'Peace be with you.' When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side...
John 20:19–20

Jesus did something very significant. Showing his hands and side that were pierced was to signify the path to peace. Once you look to the Cross of Calvary, accept Him as your Lord and Saviour, you're on the path of peace.

Looking to Him alone is the path to true peace that passes all human understanding. ...

Operate in your gifts

General article by T-Ralph

God has given everyone his/her own gifts in life. We are all unique in our different ways, and it all plays a role in the bigger picture.

Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith.
(Romans 12:6, NASB)

So, learn to stick to the area of your strength. Operate effectively and efficiently in your gifted areas. Don't waste time worrying or envying another man in his area of his strength / gifts.

Know your gifts and operate in them well. Together, it helps to build the bigger and clearer picture and vision as the body of Christ ...

Justification by Faith

General article by T-Ralph

It is very important to note that your righteousness is not by your works.

But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness,
Romans 4:5

Sometimes, our actions might seem that we have forgotten this fundamental Christian truth. So, take time to meditate on it. Your works don't make you righteous, it is faith in Christ that does.

He cares about you
